Do you have to explain the basic concepts of insurance to employees within your organization in departments other than sales or claims? These associates and departments are essential to the success of any company so making sure they understand the core concepts of the product(s) your company sells is vital. In this session, we’ll discuss techniques for explaining basic concepts of an insurance product to employees using real life examples and non-industry lingo.


Mike Constantine, MBA, LUTCF, CLF
Mike is currently a Senior Training Specialist for The General Insurance (part of the American Family Insurance Enterprise). Over the course of his 20 year insurance career, he has trained 1000’s of agents and employees on topics ranging from consultative selling techniques, product launches, compliance training and workplace inclusion. While serving as the Global Training Manager for a European based manufacturing company, Mike also trained employees across the globe on the merits of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) approach. Mike holds an MBA with Distinction from Grantham University and both the LUTCF and CLF designations from The American College. He also maintains both his P&C and L&H license in the state of OH. He currently resides in Northeast OH with his wife Shannon, daughter Abbey and sons Gavin and Landon.
