About Barrister Winery

Started in 2001 by two attorneys, Barrister Winery has quickly become one of Washington's favorite wineries.  Known for making full-bodied reds, Barrister showcases its highly acclaimed Cabernet Franc as well as everyone's favorite, Rough Justice.  The winery is located on the West side of downtown Spokane, Washington, in the Historic Arts District.  Attorneys Greg Lipsker and Michael White turned an old 1906 brick and beam auto warehouse into what is now the beautiful Barrister Winery.  Today Barrister produces an average of 5,000 cases a year and hosts more than 100 events that include weddings, concerts, and private corporate parties.  As Greg and Michael say, "the hobby got out of control, and we're loving every second of it."
